CCS Faculty Members awarded major RGC research grants
The Centre is pleased to announce that Professors Ling Minhua, Kristof Van den Troost and Gao Yunwen succeeded in applying major research grants offered by the Research Grants Council (RGC). Professor Ling Minhua is awarded with General Research Fund (GRF), and Professors Kristof Van den Troost and Gao Yunwen are awarded with Early Career Scheme (ECS). Their proposed research topics are as below.

Professor Kristof Van den Troost: The Hong Kong Crime Film
Professor Gao Yunwen: Dialect Writing and Identity Formation from Late Qing to Contemporary Shanghai
