Dr. Patrick has held many positions in Talent Management in China and Asia Pacific region. He has developed strategies and programs for talent development at Reuters, Sun Microsystems and HNA Group in China to ensure organizational competitive edge performance.

In 1993, Patrick has helped his employing company Sino Group winning the Award for Excellence in Training in Hong Kong.  

In addition, Patrick has provided consultation to MNCs clients in China included AT&T Asia Pacific, Belle Group and China Airline Services Limited. Besides, he has been a lecturer for Syracuse University New York (SU).

Due to excellent performance, he has been seconded to station in Beijing for 5 years to be responsible for talent development. 

He speaks fluent Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
